Falixo Tech provides digital services including but not limited to Graphic Designing & Branding, Website Development, Digital Marketing, and Content Writing. The scope of each project will be clearly defined and agreed upon before work begins.
All projects require advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments must be made according to the agreed pricing and milestones.
Failure to complete payments may result in project delays, suspension, or termination of services.
We offer a limited number of revisions depending on the selected package or agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.
Project timelines are estimated based on the information provided by the client. Delays in content, approvals, or communication from the client may affect the delivery schedule.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and feedback required for the project. Falixo Tech is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials or late responses from the client.
Once full payment is received, the client will own the final approved design or website files. Falixo Tech retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Falixo Tech may use third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, or plugins. We are not responsible for issues, downtime, or policy changes related to third-party services.
While we apply best practices and proven strategies, Falixo Tech does not guarantee specific rankings, sales numbers, or ad performance, as results depend on many external factors beyond our control.
Ongoing support or maintenance services are only included if stated in the agreement. Additional support requests outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payments made for completed work are non-refundable. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Falixo Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Falixo Tech reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
